At Minifigures and More, we pride ourselves on our efficient shipping process to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Time: All items advertised are currently in stock, allowing us to ship within 24 hours of your purchase. We ship Monday to Friday, and all shipments are tracked for your peace of mind.
Shipping Costs:
UK Shipping:
- Orders £19.99 or less: £3.45
- Orders £20.00 or more: Free shipping
Everywhere Else:
- Orders £19.99 or less: £9.99
- Orders £40.00 or more: Free shipping
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you need assistance tracking your order, please reach out to Owen at Owen@minifiguresandmore.com. Owen will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible (Monday to Friday).
Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, you have 30 days to return them for a full refund. If the item is damaged or not what you expected, please contact Owen, and he will work to resolve the issue for you.
Out of Stock Items: While we strive to keep our inventory updated, in the rare event that an item is not in stock, Owen will contact you with a solution. If you're not satisfied with the alternative, we'll ensure you receive a full refund.
